Does anyone know if Linda ended up doing that second month of touring in US to support Living in the U.S.A.? We don’t see much on YouTube from this tour.

According to the setlist site, Linda’s U.S tour was July-August 1978, then five shows in December 1978 (Texas (including the Summit)), New Mexico, Arizona, and California (Forum). Australia and Japan were 1979.

Like I have said before, "Life is perception", I think Linda looks sad in the "A Retrospective" photo. Again, for me, the color of the album did not help.
