I have recently started collecting LP records, recently meaning, I guess within the last year. 3 or 4 years ago when I decided to restore my Fleetwood Mac collection, I was content with CDs. I have 20 something Mac CDs. However, when I began accumulating LPs, I discovered how easy it is to fall in love with Linda Ronstadt. I had been a 'somewhat' fan of Linda since the mid to late seventies, but was only familiar with a few of her songs.
I now own 22 Linda Ronstadt LPs including the 3 Stone Poney Albums, although the first is the 1975 reissue of the debut album, plus 2 cassettes, and 1 CD. [Now I really adore Linda and her music. I am definitely a solid fan. I have also obtained some nice old memorabilia.]
What I am looking for is a list of which albums that I have to get on CD because they were not released on LP. I want to get as many on LP as is available but I realize that some of her albums were produced after the unfortunate end of LPs.
In other words, if I can get it on a playable LP, I don't need the CD because I can just record the LP and convert them to mp3 on my computer. But of course, if there was no LP produced, I would go ahead and get the CD. I am just reluctant about some of the older CDs, being unsure if they are available on LP.
Can anyone help with some information on this?
Thanks.

Since I mentioned Fleetwood Mac in my previous post, I thought I would add this following note also. [Fleetwood Mac, by the way, has been my favorite rock group since the early 80s.]
"I knew very little about Linda Ronstadt. I knew that I liked most of her songs that I had heard. But I didn't know what I was missing. It's So Easy To Fall In Love with Linda. Linda is, I think, as versatile as Fleetwood Mac. Currently owning about 20 to 25 Fleetwood Mac CDs, one of the best things about the band is their versatality. From the blues of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac to the rocking hits of the number one best selling album of 1977 Rumours holding a tradition of five great rock albums (1975 - 1987) instead of albums with just a few great songs, they continued through the loss of Lindsey Buckingham after Tango In The Night and the loss of Stevie Nicks after Behind The Mask to another great album called Time featuring Bekka Bramlett in 1995, their music is so varied, it is like having several bands in one. This is quite unique for bands that I was familiar with.
I have just learned within the last year by listening to the Stone Poneys and several Ronstadt Albums that I was previously unaware of that Linda is just as talented and versatile as Fleetwood Mac. From "Only Mama That'll Walk The Line" (1969) to "Get Closer" (1982), Linda Ronstadt is so easy to fall in love with. She is unbelievably talented. And I love her work with Nelson Riddle. It is difficult to have a favorite or a couple of favorites when there is so much excellent music to enjoy." [From Get Closer - A Linda Ronstadt Fan Site.]
