As I said in another post, it may not just be the former or current MCA/Universal Music artists whose property was incinerated in that fire in 2008. It is entirely possible that "Somewhere Out There" and "Dreams To Dream", which Linda recorded, respectively, for AN AMERICAN TAIL in 1986, and AN AMERICAN TAIL: FIEVEL GOEST WEST in 1991, are among the casualties. Both of those films were distributed by MCA/Universal, though produced under Steven Speilberg's Amblin Entertainment banner. And there's the soundtrack to FM, which was a Universal release and which, famously, Linda did live versions of "Tumbling Dice" and "Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me" in, and which went on the 2-LP soundtrack.
Another person who might want to take a look at this is the legendary film composer John Williams, who did more than a few film scores for Universal, including those for Steven Spielberg (JAWS; E.T.; 1941; THE SUGARLAND EXPRESS; MUNICH), plus the 1974 disaster film EARTHQUAKE.

Interesting. I didn't realize most of the stuff destroyed was just copies and not necessarily masters.
