Jim Shea confirms on his site that it was the Pantages. "The photograph was taken for the Linda Ronstadt "Simple Dreams" album cover on July 29th, 1977 at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, California. The album packaging won a Grammy Award that year for best album package." www.rockpaperphoto.com/linda-ronstadt-hollywood-1977.htmlYes, the same mirrors. Although I have been inside The Pantages Theatre, I would have never guessed Linda's S.D. Album Cover was a restroom inside a famous L.A. Theatre. The Album Cover looks more intimate.. Linda's private dressing room...

The magic of Shea and Kosh--transformed a public restroom into an intimate backstage lair for Linda (and her bracelets).

Great article and photos from her trip to Mexico, looked really fun and interesting. So glad to see that she's well enough to travel and do stuff like this. I was worried that her health may have suddenly worsened when she cancelled the last shows on her conversation tour but she looks really good here.

Quote by Dianna:
Yes, there are two pictures of her with Jackson, who's not all that easy to recognize under the graying beard. He has, of course, been a great supporter of Linda for all the years they've been friends, and a supporter of Los Centozles.
