On second thought, maybe not so overpriced for all the extras that are included. It would have been great if the recent Simple Dreams 40th Anniversary edition had included a 2nd disc of an entire live concert from that year's tour. That would have made it a truly special edition.
I might consider buying this Eagles set if I am in a manic phase.

We have been complaining about the lack of compelling extra material on Linda Ronstadt reissues. Even though this seems like a package with a fair amount of extras (the hefty $100 preorder price has dropped to $90) Eagles fans are complaining about the extras not being enough. Our group would have been elated to have a whole live disc included with the recent Simple Dreams reissue instead of a sampling. Check the link again and read the comments. |
