Amazing all the talent that was lost. I haven't heard about many of those people in years. You always wonder where they go after fame and fortune. Hopefully they all enjoyed themselves, had good lives and accomplished what they were sent here to do.

I wanted to find out who has passed since ( Michael Jackson ) . I think Michael passing was a shock because I don't think anyone saw it coming. I was a fan of mike's but I did not own any of his music. Was Linda a fan ? Are there any fans of mike here ? Any way since mike's passing I found it intersted of who has passed since Mike. and how they went as well.

I don't think Linda ever said whether or not she was a fan of MJ's; she was never into the celebrity-obsessed culture thing.
I have to say, though, that his death in June 2009 was not as shocking to me as it may have been to others. With the exception of his involvement in the "We Are The World" project, the public and private behavior that he exhibited over the previous twenty-five years and his addiction to prescription drugs had done him irreparable harm, much as a similar drug addiction had done in Elvis in 1977. It doesn't diminish what he achieved, just as Elvis' addictions don't diminish what he did, but you still have to take the good and the bad about him, and not try to whitewash the darker aspects.

Yes. Linda did mention being a fan of his, it was on some music special I think about a year into Thriller's spitting out the hits. Can't remember which show or exactly what she said, but she was very impressed with his talent.
