Anyone watch her show Mad Hungry on Hallmark Channel? I swear, if Linda were a professional chef, that's who I'd compare her too. She's so interesting and passionate about everything she makes.. Even when she describes the dishes she makes, reminds me of Linda.. their thought process is similar. lol.. She's great, one of the best I've seen!!!

Ha, that's her!!! Thanks for posting. I'm telling you that woman really knows her stuff!!!! One of the best, if not the best.. She researched for years from different people how to make authentic tamales then took the best tips from others then incorporated her own style.. They look so good.. like my moms!!!

Not to stereotype (but I will) she seems more New Yorkish-Italianish and outgoing than Linda might be. Can't seem to find out where she is from though but she reminds me of most of the women I grew up with i.e. full of life and expressive...oh, and from the NYC area.

I think she is originally from Chicago or Illinois.. Italian on her fathers side, I believe. She's very talkative and wordy like Linda.. when she speaks of cooking she is telling a little story to me.. like Linda does..
