Drat - it showed up as a thumbnail. I can't figure out how to post a full size photo.

Rumba-you can see the photo you posted full size (which is beautiful by the way) if you are logged in and click on it. Being a real luddite and not really knowing what I am doing in checking the properties of the big vs the little it looks like the big ones are URL's to other locations while the little ones (like yours) look like they "live" on forum property. Perhaps if you posted a link to the picture as opposed to the picture itself. I'm done! at this point I am hoping that someone who actually knows what they are doing comes in and saves the day! The pic is too great only to be seen in miniature (is that how you spell the synonym for tiny?) where is the dreaded autocorrect when you need it? I got you covered!!!! eddiejinnj

Linda Ronstadt is the benchmark or gold standard, by which all other singers must be compared. She sang with perfect, pitch, tone, and all other metrics by which singers are compared. There is no one superlative to describe her, she simply just "IS". LINDA HUGS TO YOU!

The camera seems to love Linda. I don't think I've ever seen a bad picture of her.

I can't compare her to any other singer alive or otherwise. For me, listening to her is almost a spiritual experience. Have you heard her a Capella solo in "the blacksmith" ? It is otherworldly!!

Speaking of Linda in a RS cover story, I must admit her first cover on RS is unique, and one I really like/admire. IDK , there's just something about it that makes me really dig it. Is it because of her mouth agape, which looks like she has gum in there, or the fact that it was just caught in the middle of an action shot like she's talking, shouting, singing? IDK about you all, but I find it very stunning. I can't figure it out. Looks like she's missing some teeth here.

When you are posting, there are small icons right above the box that give you options if you want to put words in bold (B), or italicize (I), or underline (u), text or individual words. The image feature is the seventeenth one from the left, marked by a very small picture.
