No Goldie. It's a piece of the carpet. There is a hypothesis that women with 2nd toes longer than the big toe are oversexed (I saw an actual Penn State thesis on this). After literally minutes of intensive research on toe length I cannot confirm the Penn State hypothesis. However it seems like a long second toe indicates 1. Greek ancestry 2. Forceful personality (to the point of being bossy). All things considered it appears that Linda should be a Greek dominatrix.

Here is the link to the article - hope it's real and not an elaborately worded hoax (13 pages of scientific gobble-gook). I think the sex drive is more an urban legend thing (I've heard it said by a number of people though).

I don't think it is a hoax. Years ago I was into alternative health and healing techniques when I learned iridology. You can tell all about the body (and more) by looking into the iris of the persons eyes including if a person was oversexed. It was almost 100% correct in my experience and I had lots of people to practice on (iridology I mean lol).

Has anyone seen this picture before? A guy on Tumblr has it as Linda. Other than the gap between the the front teeth, it's a tough call?

As an adult Linda never had a gap between her front teeth so if it is her it might be as a youngster. Like me she didn't have braces until she was older, like in her 30's.
I think you can copy and paste the link here as a guest but it probably won't show the photo, just the link.
I can tell you real fast if it is Linda. I wrote my first fan letter to her in 1968 when I was about 14 years old..... fast forward 48 years later lol........

I then D&D it to a reply as a guest here twice and it showed that it worked initially, but when I went through the captcha and final post only the text shows? It's an early picture, I want to say 1970, with her sitting on a stereo table with a Pioneer amp, her holding an album, and a whole shitload of albums stacked below her.

Do you have the link? I don't think Linda has ever had a gap between her teeth.. even before braces.

Definitely not Linda. That woman is more of a Grace Slick look-a-like in my opinion.

Linda learning the ropes very early on, with arranger Jimmy Bond, at the Capitol Records studio (1967): Linda with Bobby Kimmel and Kenny Edwards (with stach) (Jimmy Bond in the background) (1967):

The pics with Robert Wagner are gorgeous. The last pic above also has Kenny Edwards on guitar, correct Erik? They look so much older than 21 or so there. eddiejinfl

Quote by eddieinnj:
I think it probably was; it was, as we know, kind of fashionable for guys to grow facial hair back then.
I also think the picture of Linda looking over at what Jimmy Bond was doing in terms of the orchestral arrangement was probably the earliest sign of her wanting to learn the intricacies of arranging and production. As much as she may not have wanted to be a solo singer at that time, she suspected that she was being angled in that direction by Capitol Records; and so she probably felt like this would be the right time to get in on the ground floor as preparation for what was to come.

I love the photo with Wagner. She looks very classy. I am not surprised Wagner likes her as she has a Natalie Wood type of appeal (similar eyes) and natural beauty.

Kenny had a stach in a number of pictures and kimmel had the goatee/beard thing. In theTrio pic she looks so pretty. Those eyes and skin look so glowing. eddiejinfl

I thought I remember reading that Capitol only wanted Linda and not Kenny and Bob, but the manager talked Capitol in signing all of them because Linda was not ready for a solo career. But, maybe their manager didn't tell them that Capitol only wanted Linda and not the whole group because it could've meant trouble in the ranks. I also remember Kenny saying that he and Bob were not on the hit version of "Different Drum" (even though he is credited with playing guitar) because that session was held without their knowledge and it did cause some trouble when they found out. It seemed like Capitol was determined to have Linda as a solo artist at all cost, and that Bob and Kenny were just unwanted excess baggage.

Thank you Rob. Lots of interesting and great looks for Linda. without trying too hard or her style is quirky and very well put together.. just love it. ...I'm not too sure about this look... but other than that she kills as a fashion icon.

I know Dianna. My guess is that she borrowed that outfit from Nicolette Larson. They were probably roommates at the time. The babushka look.
