As a note: The #46 first-week showing for "Hurt So Bad" on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for April 12, 1980 remains the highest first-week placement on the chart in Linda's career. So too does its #23 first-week placement in the Top 40 for the following week.

I noticed JD opened up for Jimmy Buffet at a concert listed. I wonder how much he told Linda about it. eddiejinnj I wouldn’t be surprised if Linda was on the same bill herself with Buffet at some point in her career. A big show with the Eagles and/or some of the others, a benefit maybe?
