On the positive side, I would imagine PBS is a media outlet Linda would be happy to be on since “Canciones” was on PBS back in the day. On another side, for myself I found it difficult to understand Linda at times and that’s heartbreaking. As is hearing her say she feels “diminished”.

It's unsettling to hear the deterioration in her speech and difficulty expressing herself at times. I'm sure this is very frustrating, but Linda is not a complainer and finds ways to be content and accepting of her life as it is. I hope she continues to be able to read and enjoy the company of friends and family for a long time.

I think Linda has shown the most wonderful grace and understanding of her condition. Losing her voice must have been devastating but she seems, at least publicly, to shrug it off and accept it as a fait accompli.
She seems to have adapted wonderfully to her new way of life and I’m so pleased to see her out and about (looking wonderful) and keeping busy with lots of other projects.
I have so much admiration for her, even more now for the way she has handled the change in her situation.

When I heard her retort "but...I'm diminished" to correct...I just lost it...tears flowing...UN REAL
yep...she's just as OPEN a heart NOW as she was when singing....Goddess Speed all Angels for Linda Too!
