Watched Linda's segments on PBS' broadcast of L.A. Opera's production of "Il Postino" with Placido Domingo.
Linda was very warm and gracious as a host.
She mentioned that she had sung with Placido Domingo on two separate occasions.
Does anyone know what these were?
She praised him for his generosity.

I think one may have been at an all-Mariachi concert in Central Park in NYC during the summer of 1988. What the other one was, I don't know.
And yes, Linda was very good and gracious in her introduction of "Il Postino", itself one of the very best modern operas (IMHO).

You may want to check the PBS website, and type "Il Postino" in the search box. This was, by the way, a 2 1/2 hour program.

you can't yet. All that is posted is a preview that does not show Ronstadt or a doc. about the making of it, but nothing more.
