Same here. The weather here in Southern California is, at the moment, rather hair-raising, but we'll manage all the same.

Like the song says "We'll have to muddle through somehow". You need a few of those "man it pours" weeks. Peace and Prayers!!!! eddiejinnj

Here is hoping that Linda enjoyed her Thanksgiving too. It isn't exactly all that warm up in the Bay Area this morning.
Meanwhile, here in Pasadena, it is almost too much to imagine how much snow is visible on the nearby San Gabriel Mountains. Mount Wilson, which is 5700 feet above sea level and is recognizable from all around L.A. because of all the TV and radio transmission towers and the scientific observatories on its summit, is totally covered in snow, at least 12 inches; and the snow line is down to close to 2000 feet...extremely low, but not surprising, given that this Thanksgiving storm dropped straight out of Alaska.

That storm is working its way to those of us in Oklahoma and Texas, and is supposed to be giving us more rain. If conditions were right and our temperatures were cold enough, it would be snow. Most of the moisture we get that gives us snow in the winter comes from the Pacific. This year we may get slammed as the Pacific moisture has been non-stop and it's just waiting on the arctic cold fronts to mix in with the moisture. Meanwhile, here's wishing Linda's Thanksgiving day with her family was a good one.
