Speaking of the fashion industry, it is kind of ironic that I ended up hanging the Linda signed Diltz picture right next to a large signed "Mr. Blackwell" litho. Blackwell's list is an ultimate example (IMO) of the saying "There is no such thing as bad publicity." eddiejinfl

When I watch Linda's solo performance on the Cher show, the chiffon-like material of the Bob Mackie dress (?) clings to her in such a manner that it almost looks like she is wearing nothing at all. It's mesmerizing.

THE "DRESS" ...made her do it!!! THAT is so frickin ANTI oppo LINDAAAHHH...I cannot believe it!!! but look how she plays w/Chers grandstanding...and just harmonizes BEHIND her...instead of "Diva Demanding Duet Time"hahahahahahha did we EVER see another "chiffon moment" ?? I don't think so....not even on the Riddle Stuff!!! (well....there was that Tafetta)

I recall at the time the dress wasn't so much of an issue as the wig they made Linda wear. She wasn't pleased.

That dress is more Cleopatra than Linda Ronstadt. I wonder if they forced her to wear underwear too.
