Hey, Rob —
Why “ouch”?

Too much stimulation for my old brain. I don't care for one song right on top of the other like that. Great concept though but I think it could have been done better.

Hi, Rob — It looks from the description that the earlier mash-up and this one of “It’s So Easy” with “Poor Poor Pitiful Me” are done with a software program called “Rave.” There is an interesting photo that goes by in these mash-ups. http://instagram.com/p/BuBnsceC3qC

Interesting software program. All the photos look familiar. Which one are you thinking is interesting? I wonder if that program does the photos too or if that is a youtube thing the creator of the post does?

Rob, right before it loops back to the start, and it is playing the lyrics "Look into your heart and see" from "It's So Easy," there is this color photo of Linda in very short shorts. Also, on this one, for part of it, the software program must be trying to make sure it gets all of the lyrics in because Linda sounds sped up to Alvin and The Chipmunks' level. As for the photos, I am guessing that the person using the program must either add them in and then they just go on random. Just a guess though.

Yes. I have posted that photo before or some from that same concert. Seems a little out of place but is closer to that time period than most of the others.
I think Lose Again and Shattered might make a great mash-up. Probably others too but I don't know the criteria for making something like that work.

Years ago a mash up was called a medley I suppose. Here is probably the first of Linda's that comes close...almost.
Linda Ronstadt & Andy Williams - Medley
