What do you guys think? I don't love it. Pretty generic, nothing pinpoints it to the show that night. Mostly reminds me of Donna Summer's "Live and More." Given that it's her first official live album, I would have preferred a great shot of Linda with the whole band on stage that night, or at least a longer-distance action shot of Linda alone, something like the "Greatest Hits Vol. 2" poster. With an entire HBO special to choose from, there must have been hundreds of possibilities for images. I do like the "Mad Love"-style font, must be Kosh. Attachments:

I like it. It's a dramatic shot that shows Linda smack dab in the middle of breaking my heart. Plus I like the typography, some classic '80s Kosh.
Personally, I don't care if it's not from the show itself, but I could see where others might.
Agree, though, that a band shot would be nice somewhere inside. (Hey, maybe, haven't seen it yet.)

I love that shot from the poster for Greatest Hits Volume Two, that would have been a great cover. That being said, I don't dislike what was chosen.

Can somebody upload a pic of back of new album for us? I am not good at that stuff. A geat friend of mine recently bought me for an upcoming bday a framed autographed by Linda Henry Diltz shot of her and I have not been able to upload it on here(I just felt ridiculous so I gave it a half-hour and gave up lol). She looked great. Some of the shots in that session almost seem like the wind was a bit much!!!! eddiejinfl

I do like the cover but would have preferred an authentic shot from the concert - I'm sure there are plenty that could have been taken from the video footage. ..... but replicating the Mad Love font / imagery is so great.
Mad Love is a great album

Mad Love is a great album With so many songs left off they could get away with making a second album...Live in Hollywood II. And yes, a shot from the concert itself would have been a more appropriate cover. Linda was her cutest ever at that concert. That being said I like the cover they chose quite a bit. It has an artsy look to it like Heart Like A Wheel which is my favorite cover art.
