I loved the "Take Me Home" and "Prisoner" LP's back in the day.

I loved the "Take Me Home" and "Prisoner" LP's back in the day. Just realized I left Cher off my top 20 list which is about top 30 now. My favorite song of hers was The Way Of Love. She sure had some good ones though.

I didn't realize Cher was the first popular singer to use autotune. In her biography her producer used it on Believe and wasn't sure he liked it so he told Cher he was going to remove it from her recording. Cher's response: "Over my dead body."

Trump: "There's nobody better at being in tune than I am. It's ridiculous!"

Those last two words I'll agree with.
As for Autotune--personally, I know of at least one "singer" who has never been able to live without it, and it's a shame she is that popular: Taylor Swift, a.k.a. "The Aphrodite Of Autotune".
