Another rock and roll pioneer has left the scene, having been one of the genre's architects for sixty-three years: Fats Domino, the legendary New Orleans pianist and vocalist known for such mega-classics as "Ain't That A Shame", "Blueberry Hill", "Blue Monday", and tons of others. He was 89:
