I have this and many others on VHS or beta from the original broadcast. Hope they are still in good shape after all these years. I am so glad others have them and share. Makes it easy that way. Johnny was a big fan too.

To quote Carson from another time "Now that's class" I loved the shoutout to P. Johnson as well as N. Riddle. That's the class part. She also showed her erudite nature by proposing a master class on singing featuring Domingo Wilson and Robinson-talk about a trio! Or when she nailed the nuances of a "speculative" press possibly leading, paradoxical, to a less free press. Linda is richly deserving of her doctorate (honorary) but i have no doubt that if the singing thing didn't work out she may have been a professor of music- I know I'd have taken her class!

As much as it pains me Rob, I can't disagree! I believe you can make it so you automatically get logged in when you enter the site without doing anything.

Speaking of Johnnys, I picked up the "Best of the Johnny Cash" dvd yesterday. I guess this was the companion dvd that came with a cd that Linda is on. I thought that she was on dvd? There seems to be at least 2 versions of this dvd. I have the one with the George Jones medley. The first song in the list is Johnny doing "I Walk the Line" and the last is Johnny doing "A Girl Named Sue". For a buck, I thought it would be entertaining and maybe I can find the rest of it. That is how I find my music now. I get cd's like 50 cents to a buck. I have a lot of cd's. Of course, I buy all of Linda's major releases (not all the live ones out there) brand new. eddiejinnj
