The cover photo seems to be from the Forest Hills Tennis Stadium, New York, NY, USA on August 7, 1978 concert. Here is a photo of Linda at the Providence Rhode Island concert on August 8, 1978:

My first Linda concert ever and this is pretty much how I remember the setlist. I KNEW she started off with ALL THAT YOU DREAM and not LOSE AGAIN like she routinely did. She absolutely killed it on TUMBLING DICE. What a rockin' mama! She was also at the height of her popularity and the only reason I was able to snag tickets at all was because they added an afternoon show to meet the demand. She was on fire! Never sounded better.
