In what has been the coldest February we've had in a long time (and the coldest I can remember), L.A. was hit today with an incredibly cold storm straight out of Alberta that bought the snow level down so low that parts of metro L.A. got mixes of snow, hail, and grauple: www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-california-snow-20190221-story.htmlA "snow bomb", looking south from Mount Wilson.

We have been getting lots of snow in Arizona's high deserts as well. Up north Flagstaff got a couple of feet. Lots of hail in the past 24 hours. Mostly rain where I am but lots of it. Strange weather patterns and lots of moisture in the air where there usually is relatively little can be attributed to global warming. When we hit 120+ degrees this coming summer I will be wishing it was today again. Lots of snow in the past 6 weeks:
