Things are not looking good for Olivia Newton-John, as the return of her breast cancer in 2017 has now metastasized to her bones and her cancer is now regarded as Stage 4, incurable. Her body organs are reportedly shutting down, a sure sign death may be imminent. Olivia wants to live long enough just to see her daughter get married after the first of the year.
Video posted on youtube featuring the RadarOnline story:
I was hoping against hope that she would beat the disease again, but when it was announced the disease had returned, it seemed like a very ominous sign for Olivia. Something seemed different this time around. However, her battle had been out of the news until I saw a headline in the National Enquirer indicating Olivia was nearing the end of her life. There are no words for what I feel towards that garbage rag and wished to hell it would burn down. Naturally, I thought the headline was made up - the Enquirer has long viewed death notices as good news for their sales. Even so, I decided to look to see if there was any story on how Olivia was doing, and came across the RadarOnline story. I hope and pray Olivia makes it to her daughter's wedding but there's a sadness in me that says we will be mourning her loss very shortly. And I hope her daughter Chloe hasn't waited too late to get married; I believe the story said she and her fiancé have been engaged since 2009.
God speed and prayers, Olivia.

I tried but was unable to find anything past the story a few months ago that Olivia was battling cancer. Nothing about her dying as of now. Hopefully just one of those internet death hoaxes or overblown stories.

If Olivia's breast cancer has indeed escalated to Stage 4 incurable, then, regardless of what we all think of the National Enquirer (not much, in my case), it is unquestionably a terrible thing. And even if she lives long enough to see her daughter married, we still may be talking about her passing shortly after the new year starts. It will be a terrible and tragic loss, no matter how one looks at this (IMHO).

This is the same story Radar Online had and I'm assuming, the one from which the National Enquirer got its story. I haven't been able to find a second story with a little more information - everyone tends to pick up the same story with the same source (anonymous), so it becomes difficult to verify as authentic. I would like this story not to be true, but with Olivia having been out of the news since the original announcement that the cancer had returned, chances are a story by anonymous sometimes has the bearing of truth. They don't speak for the celebrity officially but they want to let a celebrity's fans know ahead of time the sad news that is coming.

What made me question it is that the story doesn't contain any new information from the announcement a few months ago. Then the posted video didn't work. And then I couldn't find any other verifying information. I recall how the internet killed Linda Ronstadt off a couple of times. Everyone wants a scoop of some sort true or not. It is possible this story could force Olivia to make a statement if it catches on. On the other hand it may get more people praying for her or sending healing vibes that could help her to defeat it. Anyway you look at it we should all think positively.

all very sad ..... but she has battled this on and off 25 years which is astounding. If you've not seen it, the recent documentary about her, here, is very good.

I hope that the denial turns out to be true, and that she is still around.
God, these tabloids will do anything for a miserable buck!

Olivia looks good, and it's a relief those earlier videos were bogus. And thinking about those videos, as mentioned, earlier there was a story in the National Enquirer about Olivia only having weeks left to live. Now, I'm thinking or wondering if the Enquirer were behind those videos? The videos supported their story, and now you can't find those videos. So, I'm keeping fingers crossed that Olivia continues to do well and beats her cancer a second time. It can be done.

Glad to hear.
I saw her in concert once in the '70s, with Paul Williams, of all people.
