Two words came to mind as I read that story of Carl Tanzler: NORMAN BATES (See Hitchcock's PSYCHO for what I mean by that).
"I think honesty is of the first, utmost importance in art... any art. After that comes technique and... after that comes talent. Honesty is first. All the rest of the things are important, too, but they're secondary. Without honesty, I don't care how much technique you have, you have nothing."--Linda Ronstadt
A mysterious “half human, half animal” creature has been caught on camera after it was said to have savaged two dogs. The beast is reported to have been spotted prowling through the streets of Santa Fe, Argentina. The photo was taken after it was said to have butchered a German shepherd and a pit bull. Some locals likened the creature to a camel because of its long neck and small head. It was uploaded to the YouTube channel UFOmania, and has now been viewed more than 30,000 times. One person commented:
“I saw one of these things in 2005, it was crossing a bridge and we came upon it.
“It blew my mind because it looked at us and turned and began moving just like a kangaroo would and cleared the concrete bridge wall easily and dropped at least 15 to 20 feet.”
Another added: “Here in the Philippines it is called ASWANG — a man transforms into a monster dog.”
“It is a demon, it can even shift into a cat or a big bird.”
But one user insists it is a Chupacabra, a vampire-like creature with strong roots in Latin folklore.

The Mystery of the 'Dog Suicide' Bridge
Overtoun Bridge in Scotland is kind of like the Bermuda Triangle of bridges, specifically for dogs with a death wish.

"I've walked the bridge," says Jenna, 20, from Glasgow. "The first time I reached a point, and it was as if the air got thinner and my stomach jumped, a bit like when you miss a step going down a flight of stairs. The second time, I just couldn't stop feeling like something bad was going to happen. There was a woman with a dog at the edge of the bridge, and the dog would not take a step forward. Later, I found out that a couple of dogs had jumped to their death from the bridge that weekend."
The bridge in question, Overtoun Bridge, spans the Overtoun Burn, in the village of Milton, near Dumbarton in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Designed by the acclaimed landscape architect HE Milner, with stone parapets 18 inches thick, it was completed in 1895 and sits on the approach road to Overtoun House, a Scot's Baronial country house and estate built 33 years prior. The house itself sits on a hill, overlooking the River Clyde. If you’ve never been there, you might know it from its use in 2012's baffling sci-fi epic, Cloud Atlas.
The house is said to be haunted, obviously. In Scotland, everything old and Scottish is said to be haunted. But the bridge? There's supposedly much more to it than just a garden-variety haunting.
The structure undoubtedly has a tragic past. In 1994, a 32-year-old man threw his infant son, Eoghan, to his death – on a clear day, between the last two parapets of the bridge – claiming his child was the antichrist. The man tried to kill himself twice, first by following his son off the bridge – which he was stopped from doing by his wife – then slashing his wrists with a knife he'd found. The child died in hospital the following day. The man was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity in a unanimous verdict, and committed to Carstairs psychiatric hospital in South Lanarkshire.
Yet, whatever is going on in Milton, it’s not humans who are at risk so much as dogs, which has brought the area notoriety in Weird News circles around the globe. Since the 1950s, around 50 dogs have died after leaping off the 50-foot-tall bridge. During the same period, some 600 dogs have made the same jump and survived. Sometimes the dogs have made the jump, survived, come back up and jumped again as soon as they could.
All of the dogs reported to have taken the jump are long-nosed breeds – dolichocephalic types, like German Shepherds and Scottish Terriers. The dogs all jump from the same spot, between the two ramparts on the right-hand side of the bridge, at the very end. And it has to be a clear day. Nobody can explain why.
The most common theory is that smell is luring the dogs to their demise. Squirrel, mice and, most pungently, mink are known to nest below the bridge, the scent of which is attractive to dogs. A scientific test has been undertaken, where ten long-nosed pups were given a variety of scents to follow. Seventy percent of the dogs made for the mink. This theory ticks a variety of boxes. Mink were introduced to the area in the 1950s, when the jumps began, and the smell of mink would be strongest on clear – or dry – days.
But why Overtoun Bridge and not any of the many bridges around Scotland with mink living beneath them? And why do the dogs always jump in the same place?
Are animals even able to deliberately end their lives? Canine psychologist Dr David Sands says dogs cannot. Yet there is some historic precedent within the animal kingdom. A story from the Daily Mail reports that, in 2009, over a period of three days, 28 cows deliberately walked off a cliff in the Swiss alps. In the Oscar winning documentary The Cove, released the same year, dolphin trainer Richard O'Barry told of how Kathy, the dolphin most used in the 1960's television show Flipper, drowned herself in his company. There's an insect, the sap-sucking Acythosiphon Pisum – the Pea Aphid to its mates – that will make itself explode when under attack from ladybugs, to protect other members of its colony. And there are reports of dogs ending their own lives. An 1845 report of a Newfoundland dog in the Illustrated London Times claimed the dog killed itself by throwing itself into water, before "preserving perfect stillness of the legs and feet". Each time it did this, the dog was saved. Then it just held its head underwater until it stopped breathing.
Dr Sands travelled to the bridge with a documentary crew in 2005, in order to conduct his own investigation, something the Scottish Society for the Prevention Of Cruelty to Animals have done too. There, standing at the point of the bridge where the dogs jump, he says, "Just me as a person, forget a dog – all your senses are on fire… it's got a strange feeling."
He also eliminated other proposed explanations. Sight, he said, wasn’t a factor, since from a dogs-eye-view you couldn’t see beyond the wall, just the ivy-covered granite. He ruled sound out, too. A proposed theory that nearby Faslane Bay, home to the UK’s Trident SSBN nuclear submarines, was creating a frequency only animals could hear was shut down after experts in acoustics were brought in to test the length of the bridge, finding nothing unusual in their tests.
"Local people have mixed feelings about the bridge," says Jenna. "There are some who are too frightened to walk their dog over and it and avoid it completely. I’ve never wanted to go back after the experience I had. They need to put up a fence or something, they really do."

A mesmerizing and mystifying video out of Russia shows huge herds of reindeer walking in a circular pattern and no one is quite sure why. The strange scene was captured via a drone during an expedition to the country's Kola Peninsula and posted online by the director of St. Petersburg's Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography. Unfortunately, he had no explanation for the strange behavior of the reindeer as he only added the cryptic caption "a friend of mine said that the cycles and whirlpools are paths to a different reality."
According to a perusal of responses to the video, the possible reasons cited by viewers were paranormal-themed proposals such as energy vortexes or whatever force may be behind crop circles. More rational-minded individuals suggested that this was simply a defense tactic by the creatures where they protect members of their herd by keeping them 'hidden' at the center of the swirling mass of reindeer. Others opined that perhaps the animals were trying to keep warm, although one would suspect that this would a more commonplace occurrence should that be the reason for their movements.
What is particularly baffling about the video is that not one, but three such 'reindeer circles' can be seen in the video which would seem to indicate that this behavior is not entirely unique to one specific group of creatures. Nonetheless, the precise cause for their almost-eerie antics remains a mystery.
Did Robert Johnson Sell His Soul to Play the Blues?
Published on Apr 3, 2017 Robert Johnson was one of the most influential bluesmen of all time, but he wasn't always so talented...
Spooky Mississippi: The Story of the Crossroads and Its Mythology With Robert Johnson Posted on October 28, 2014 by newsadmin
CLARKSDALE, Miss.–Robert Johnson, perhaps Mississippi’s most famous bluesman, traveled the Delta playing parties, dives, clubs and even front porches. His playing in 1936 differed so much from his playing in earlier years that many people believed he sold his soul to “The Devil” at the crossroads.
The myth of the “crossroads” comes from Africa and some of its traditions brought to the U.S. and Mississippi with its slave population. The story goes that if you need something bad enough, you can make a deal with “Elegba”, or Satan. You go to a crossroads at midnight and wait until he shows up. That’s when you sign your soul away and lose your chance at salvation in exchange for whatever gift it is you want or need.
“I went to the crossroads, fell down on my knees,” said Johnson in the song “Cross Road Blues”. “I asked the Lord above for mercy, save poor Bob if you please.”
Can Neuroscience Explain Robert Johnson's Crossroads Legend?
That may have jump started a myth that has lived for almost 80 years. People who knew Johnson swear he told them that’s how he learned the guitar and singing so well. Apparently, just a short time before, his guitar playing annoyed other blues players. Johnson was considered a poser before 1936.
“His family renounces this and Robert Johnson, we can’t find where he ever said it,” said Shelley Ritter, executive director of the Mississippi Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale. “This was projected upon him after death.
So, why the big change in such a short time?
“He probably really just practiced a lot. He learned from some of the hreat people like Son House and Robert Nighthawk,” said Ritter.
She added that Johnson was one of the few bluesmen who were recorded in that era.
As for where this mythical crossroads is, some people think it’s the intersection of highways 49 and 61 in Clarksdale. That’s where a world famous monument is today.
“The crossroads is wherever you want it to be,” said Ritter. “It could be at a railroad crossing, it could be at a road crossing.”
Indeed there are hundreds of spooky, out of the way places to choose from in the Delta, if you are brave enough to be out there, at midnight.
It’s a piece of world-famous Mississippi mythology that lives on and brings people in from around the globe.

Farmers in India are on edge after a number of sheep were attacked and killed by a mysterious creature which may be the same beast that went on a rampage last year. A local newspaper report detailing the latest developments may capture the concern best with a subheadline that boldly and simply states "return of the monster." The inspiration for that declaration is an incident earlier this week when an unidentified predator killed two sheep and injured several others.
The solitary attack might have been dismissed as simply an odd occurrence, except that the beast's affinity for the blood and intestines of its prey is reminiscent of a series of similar attacks that struck a region of India last year. In that rather astounding case, more than 150 sheep were slain by a mystery creature over the course of just a few months. And, since the culprit behind the killings was never caught, many fear that, as the ominous newspaper report stated, the monster has returned.
For their part, authorities are trying their best to minimize any potential panic over the perceived return of the creature, suggesting that this recent attack was the work of a hyena. However, the famer who lost his sheep vehemently disagreed with that assessment. "A hyena cannot attack so many sheep at a time," he said, noting that the mystery animal is made all the more maddening by the fact that it does not seem to leave behind any footprints.
As we saw last year with the notorious hair-cutting ghost that plagued the country, it likely would not take much for a full fledged hysteria to hit the region if more sheep fall victim to the beast. And so, no doubt, both farmers and wildlife officials are keeping their fingers crossed that this recent attack was an isolated incident. Otherwise, we may be seeing the start of a proverbial sequel to the story of the mystery creature that laid waste to so many sheep last year and, if Hollywood has taught us anything, it'll be even hungrier this time around.

Strange creature on porch || Viral Video UK
A strange piece of footage circulating online shows a nightmarish mystery creature that resembles some kind of horrifying cross between a rat and worm. The jaw-dropping video was taken by a British woman named Bex Deen who was aghast when she noticed the oddity seemingly slithering around on her backyard porch. She subsequently posted the footage online in the hopes that someone could identify the weird creature.
For those who may be understandably afraid to watch the unsettling video, the footage shows a strange creature that appears to be about five inches long and sports a tail which is nearly the same length. As Deen looks on in horror, wondering what the monstrous thing may be, the little beast proceeds to slither along the sideboards of her porch in an undulating fashion that is both riveting and repulsive at the same time. Remarkably, rather than whack the creature with a rolled up newspaper, she reportedly decided to let it live, saying "I let him slither off to join his alien friends wherever they may be."
As to what the weird creature may have been, the consensus online seems to be that it is an uncharacteristically-large rat-tailed maggot which, since Deen opted not to kill it, will likely transform into a drone fly at some point in the not-too-distant future. The puzzling appendage is, in fact, not a tail, but a breathing tube which the bug uses in the event that it winds up underwater. What would you do if you were in Deen's place and you encountered the creature in your backyard?

Argentina: Strange Ground Effects Caused by UFOs?
UFOmania - The truth is out there Published on Oct 15, 2018 "Their size and perfection were striking," said Rodrigo in a conversation with LM Neuquén regarding the spots. "I'd never seen anything like them." Source: inexplicata.blogspot.com/
By Tim Binnall
A young man in Argentina stumbled upon a pair of strange formations in the snow that some have suggested could actually be UFO landing sites. The puzzling patches of exposed ground were found by a bewildered individual identified as only 'Rodrigo' by an Argentine media outlet. The discovery came as he was riding his motorcycle along the highway in a location that sees little traffic during this time of year.
The two odd formations were distinctly different, with one being shaped like a star and the other appearing to be circular in nature. According to Rodrigo, the anomalies were striking because of their "size and perfection" and marveled that "I've never seen anything like it." He subsequently returned home to tell his family about the discovery and they, thankfully, ventured back out to the site to document the designs.
When investigating the location further, Rodrigo noticed something particularly intriguing. "I was surprised that there are no human footprints nearby," he said, "it is a place where there is not much circulation." The lack of clear evidence that the formations were made by people and the resemblance to what one might see in a crop circle led the admitted UFO believer to muse that "maybe it was them."
Although Rodrigo and other UFO enthusiasts may suspect that the perplexing patterns could have been created by ET craft, skeptics will likely argue that the formations are natural in some way. Before one scoffs at such a possibility, we're reminded of a bizarre line which formed across a lake in Iceland last year that baffled locals but was later revealed to be a phenomenon known as 'finger rafting.'
Nonetheless, until a meteorologist or environmental expert can come forward with an explanation for the formations, we're left to wonder what may have created them. With that in mind, share your theory with us at the Coast to Coast AM Facebook page.
Tourists vacationing in Thailand were left scratching their heads when they spotted what looked like a bizarre ritual being performed by some strange-looking creatures. The weird encounter was captured on film by a man named Jemayel Khawaja as he and his family were visiting a popular Thai rock climbing destination known as Railay Bay.
While admiring the picturesque scenery of the site, the group was taken aback when they suddenly heard some strange music coming from an area beneath a cliff. Their astonishment was amplified considerably when they saw that the sounds were seemingly coming from some diminutive furry creatures that appeared to be frolicking on the rocks.
Fortunately for Khawaja and company, it turns out that the tourists had not interrupted some kind of sacred ceremony. In fact, they later learned that the 'creatures' were actually costumed actors and that the entire show was the work of an artist and performer named Tori Wranes. What, exactly, his purpose was behind the odd event is, like all great art, a mystery.
Hunter Makes Gruesome Discovery after Bagging Deer November 24, 2018
Last week, a hunter in Kentucky got more than he bargained for when he took aim and felled a buck with a magnificent rack of antlers.
Sportsman Bob Long ran to inspect his kill and found that part of the reason for the abundance of horns on the animal was the fact that it contained more than one pair. The deer was carrying the head of another buck, possibly as the result of winning a sparring match. The badly dried and decomposed head of the loser was all that was left.
The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources tweeted the find, saying, "It's unclear exactly what circumstances led up to this buck's carrying around another set of antlers and part of a decomposing carcass. Regardless, it was truly a rare harvest!!!" The post has since gone viral.

Enormous Cow Becomes Giant Star November 27, 2018 1K
By Tim Binnall
An enormous cow in Australia is enjoying something of a star turn as its jaw-dropping size has sparked headlines around the world. The seven-year-old Holstein Friesian steer named 'Knickers' reportedly stands a stunning six feet four inches tall and weighs a whopping 3,000 pounds. Although not official just yet, it is believed to be the largest cow in all of Australia, which boasts a considerable cattle industry.
Fortunately for Knickers, it would seem that his tremendous size has been a saving grace as abattoirs passed on purchasing the animal at auction last year because their equipment could not accommodate the giant steer. That said, were one to feast on the fantastic beast, experts say that the cow would likely yield an amazing 1,400 pounds of meat, including as astounding 450 various cuts of steak.
After being profiled by an Australian media outlet earlier this week, the colossal cow quickly caught the attention of social media as images of Knickers towering over the other cattle left many observers stopping in their tracks and scratching their heads. Considering how captivating the creature has proven to be, perhaps his owner should take advantage of Knickers' fifteen minutes of fame and charge admission to see the world-famous cow since, as an attraction, the creature just might be worth its weight in gold.
Odd 'Creature' Photographed in Scotland? July 19, 2017
Odd 'Creature' Photographed in Scotland? A man walking his dog through a field in Scotland photographed an odd anomaly that some have likened to the legendary Loch Ness Monster lurking on land.
Jimmy Wright says that he encountered the strange sight in the Scottish village of Killearn and quickly snapped a picture before the weird dinosaur-like 'creature' purportedly disappeared.
The alleged witness may have been equally amazed after he posted the photo on social media and saw that it created somewhat of a frenzy among residents of the small village.
According to Wright, observers not only debated the nature of the 'creature' seen in the photo, but also what they should name the oddity.
As such, he's offered to make a donation to charity in the name of the person who comes up with the most popular name for the land-based Nessie.
However, not everyone is convinced that Wright actually photographed a creature and suggest that it is just a tree stump that happens to resemble a 'monster.'
That could indeed be the case as Wright may have tipped his hand when he mused to the Daily Record that if the 'creature' serves to take people's minds off of "all the bad news of the day" and results in some money going to charity then "it's all good."
Nonetheless, now that the 'monster' has taken on a life of its own, we're guessing that Wright would rather that it remain a mystery rather than revealing that it was simply a clever joke that went over far better than he expected.

A young couple in Michigan claims that their home is possibly haunted by a malicious ghost after their daughter appeared to have three deep “purple scratches” on her face. They also believe they have captured the poltergeist on their nanny cam.
Now, they’re ready to move out.
Heather Brough, 25, and her fiancé, Josh Higgins, 30, set up the camera after they discovered the purple scratches on their one-year-old, Lily. They believe what they captured on the camera can only be described as a ghost.
Upon reviewing the footage, the couple believes they saw a male figure walk quickly past Lily’s crib, as she pops up and watches him move through the room, before the alleged spirit vanishes in midair.
According to the Daily Mail, a paranormal investigator, called in to look into their claims, confirmed their home was haunted.
The couple currently resides in Higgins’ mother’s guest house in Highland, Michigan. According to the mother, Kris, before the couple moved in, an elderly lady lived there. Tragically, she lay with a broken hip for “a very long time” before she was found dead at the bottom of the stairs. Then, her “schizophrenic brother” lived in the home until his death a few years later.
“This is a spirit — I don’t know what its intentions are, but at this point it’s becoming physically harmful. This has made us want to leave as soon as possible. As soon as possible we’re out of here,” Brough told the outlet.
Brough reports that leading up to this event the family has heard sounds of screaming, stomping, and laughing. Brough, herself, has been awoken by what sounds like a man shouting. Until they find their new home, the couple has decided to never leave their daughter alone in a room.

“She couldn’t completely close her eyes,” he told the BBC. “I looked into the gap with a microscope and saw something black that looked like an insect leg.
“I grabbed the leg and very slowly took one out, then I saw another one, and another and another. They were still intact and all alive.”
The insects are known as sweat bees because they land on people so they can drink beads of perspiration.

“She was wearing contact lenses so she didn’t dare to rub her eyes in case she broke the lens,” he explained. “If she did she could have induced the bees to produce venom … she could have gone blind.”
The bees are still alive and have been sent to another organization so they can be studied.

Gradually we became aware of a hum in the room an electrical hum in the room It went mmmmmm
We followed it from corner to corner We pressed out ears against the walls We crossed diagonals and put our hands on the floor It went mmmmmm
Sometimes it was a murmur Sometimes it was a pulse Sometimes it seemed to disappear But then with a quarter-turn of the head it would roll around the sofa A nimbus humming cloud mmmmmm
Maybe it's the hum of a calm refrigerator cooling on a big night Maybe it's the hum of our parents' voices long ago in a soft light mmmmmm

Video shows woman stealing ring from dead 88-year-old in her CASKET at Odessa Funeral Home in Texas.
Heartless woman is caught on camera stealing a ring off the finger of a CORPSE lying in a casket inside a funeral home Shocking incident occurred Friday afternoon in Odessa, Texas The thief walked in asking for a bathroom but instead went to viewing room She walked over to the body of Lois Hicks, 88, and took her ring Police say the ring was purely decorative and cost just $10 However officials are intent on tracking down the woman. Thief stealing ring from dead mum's finger' at funeral home sickens grieving family
A creepy piece of doorbell camera footage seemingly contains a disembodied voice uttering a rather chilling threat. The video was obtained by the Texas-based paranormal podcast 'Haunted AF' from an individual named 'Chris.' According to him, the doorbell security camera at his home kept being triggered at around 3 AM every night and an odd orb appeared on the recording.
Conceding that he didn't think much of the weirdness at first, Chris explained that his perspective quickly changed when, one evening, he thought he heard the words 'open the door.' "As soon as I heard it, I got a really cold chill up my spine," he recalled. A subsequent incident took things to an even more sinister level, he said, as the voice appeared to issue a worrisome warning.
In the video, which can be seen above, the recurring orb appears at the start of the scene to possibly cause the camera to come alive. At around 47 seconds into the video, what sounds like the unsettling words "I'll kill you" can be heard when the volume is turned up. Of course, as with all EVPs, the spooky statement requires a fair share of interpretation and could be a form of auditory pareidolia, but the creepy caution comes across pretty clearly when one is expecting to hear it.
As for Chris, he says that he is still living in the home, but the security system went haywire shortly after the video was recorded and they haven't bothered to get it fixed yet. Considering what it recorded, we can understand why he may be reticent about receiving any future messages by way of the doorbell camera. What's your take on the strange video? As creepy as this sounds it may become the norm. There is even talk that bullets would be loaded with seeds so that when one is shot and killed the seeds will grow from the human compost. The composter itself looks like it is recycled from one of those old gameshows.
Commemorate Your Loved Ones With Scotts® Memorial Topsoil - CONAN on TBS
Composting of human bodies now legal in Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee signed legislation Tuesday making Washington the first state to approve composting as an alternative to burying or cremating human remains.
Gov. Jay Inslee signed legislation Tuesday making Washington the first state to approve composting as an alternative to burying or cremating human remains.
It allows licensed facilities to offer "natural organic reduction," which turns a body, mixed with substances such as wood chips and straw, into about two wheelbarrows' worth of soil in a span of several weeks.
Loved ones are allowed to keep the soil to spread, just as they might spread the ashes of someone who has been cremated — or even use it to plant vegetables or a tree.
"It gives meaning and use to what happens to our bodies after death," said Nora Menkin, executive director of the Seattle-based People's Memorial Association, which helps people plan for funerals.
Supporters say the method is an environmentally friendly alternative to cremation, which releases carbon dioxide and particulates into the air, and conventional burial, in which people are drained of their blood, pumped full of formaldehyde and other chemicals that can pollute groundwater, and placed in a nearly indestructible coffin, taking up land.
The finished product in "human recomposition" is soil that can then nourish new life. The finished product in "human recomposition" is soil that can then nourish new life.CAHNRS Communications / Washington State University
"That's a serious weight on the earth and the environment as your final farewell," said Sen. Jamie Pedersen, the Seattle Democrat who sponsored the measure.
He said the legislation was inspired by his neighbor: Katrina Spade, who was an architecture graduate student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, when she began researching the funeral industry. She came up with the idea for human composting, modeling it on a practice farmers have long used to dispose of livestock.
She tweaked the process and found that wood chips, alfalfa and straw created a mixture of nitrogen and carbon that accelerates natural decomposition when a body is placed in a temperature- and moisture-controlled vessel and rotated.
A pilot project at Washington State University tested the idea last year on six bodies, all donors who Spade said wanted to be part of the study.
Judge blocks construction of parts of border wall under emergency declaration In 2017, Spade founded Recompose, a company working to bring the concept to the public. It's working on raising nearly $7 million to establish a facility in Seattle and begin to expand elsewhere, she said.
State law previously dictated that remains be disposed of by burial or cremation. The law, which takes effect in May 2020, added composting as well as alkaline hydrolysis, a process already legal in 19 other states. The latter uses heat, pressure, water and chemicals like lye to reduce remains.
Cemeteries across the country are allowed to offer natural or "green" burials, by which people are buried in biodegradable shrouds or caskets without being embalmed. Composting could be a good option in cities where cemetery land is scarce, Pedersen said. Spade described it as "the urban equivalent to natural burial."
The state senator said he has received angry emails from people who object to the idea, calling it undignified or disgusting.
"The image they have is that you're going to toss Uncle Henry out in the backyard and cover him with food scraps," Pedersen said.
To the contrary, he said, the process will be respectful.
Recompose's website envisions an atrium-like space where bodies are composted in compartments stacked in a honeycomb design. Families will be able to visit, providing an emotional connection typically missing at crematoriums, the company says.
"It's an interesting concept," said Edward Bixby, president of the Placerville, California-based Green Burial Council. "I'm curious to see how well it's received."

I found this on a paranormal site..One of the Admins posted this. The image looks like Diana Ross lol
George Corwin was sheriff of Salem during the infamous witch trials and a man who sent many accused witches to their death. One of the accused was a man named Giles Corey who was pressed to death beneath a pile of stones and reportedly cursed George with his last agonized breath.
Today, the Joshua Ward House stands where Corwin’s home once did and is reportedly haunted by witches (or the men and women he accused). A real estate agent took this photo while preparing the home for a listing. Does it show a ghostly witch (Or should we say falsely accused innocent person?)
Please note the real estate agent was alone in the property at the time!
A Tennessee police department is cautioning residents against flushing drugs down the toilet for fear of creating "meth-gators," or alligators on methamphetamines.
Last Saturday, the Loretto Police Department announced on Facebook that authorities had served a search warrant at the home of suspected drug dealer Andy Perry. When officers entered the residence, they reportedly found Perry trying to flush meth, along with other items of paraphernalia, down the drain. Authorities arrested him and seized 12 grams of meth, 24 fluid ounces of liquid meth and the paraphernalia.
The incident led Loretto police to jokingly issue a warning about improperly disposing of drugs.
"Folks ... please don't flush your drugs m'kay," the department wrote. "When you send something down the sewer pipe it ends up in our retention ponds for processing before it is sent down stream. Now our sewer guys take great pride in releasing water that is cleaner than what is in the creek, but they are not really prepared for meth."
Flushing the drugs could harm wildlife, police added.
"Ducks, Geese, and other fowl frequent our treatment ponds and we shudder to think what one all hyped up on meth would do," the department wrote. "Furthermore, if it made far enough we could create meth-gators in Shoal Creek and the Tennessee River down in North Alabama. They've had enough methed up animals the past few weeks without our help."
The police's hilarious post immediately went viral — as of Tuesday morning, it had been shared nearly 600 times and has received over 200 comments. Many Facebook users, including one civic institution, joined in on the fun.
"Meth gators are not allowed in the library, unless they are registered service meth gators," the Loretto Branch Library wrote. "Documentation may be required."
"Yall all worried about the meth-gators, but what about the crack-odials?" another person wrote.
Although there has yet to be a report of an actual "meth-gator," authorities in Alabama did arrest a man who allegedly fed meth to a squirrel that he purportedly trained to attack, according to the Associated Press. Cops in that case, however, were unable to test the squirrel — inappropriately named Deeznutz — for the drug and released it.
