Proving you can't believe everything you read, performer 50 Cent, whose personal wealth was estimated by Forbes to be around the $150 million range, has filed for bankruptcy. His assets and debts totaling somewhere between $10 million and $50 million and he says he's broke. Reality is often far different to what's said or perceived. 50 Cent was still a wealthy person, just not as rich as others would have you believe. And you have to wonder about other performers too, whose wealth is estimated to be in the hundreds of millions. Are they? Or are they far less wealthy than many people would believe?
