Should be a nice tribute concert. Donna Sede reminds me little of Janis Joplin, but have no idea what her singing voice is like.

Great minds think alike. Now, is that dress blue and black or white and gold (LOL)?

I definitely saw blue & black--the whole thing is so strange about color perception.

I definitely saw blue & black--the whole thing is so strange about color perception. I read on CNN this morning that women were more likely to see white and gold where as men were more likely to see blue and black. My husband saw the dress as blue and black. Maybe somsomething to that.

I'm sorry I ever created this thread. This was supposed to be about a tribute to Linda, and now it turns into a lot of spiel about that frigging dress!

Let me bring it back to point. I would have liked to have gone to this event. However, I am across the country from it. Did anyone go to it?

I'll try to find a little more info on it today. But these tribute shows to Linda are really great, friendly gestures. You kind of wish this was done in the overall music industry itself, as well as these more intimate affairs.

speaking of tributes, we were front row at a recent Eagles concert in Melbourne (Australia) and Don Henley gave a fabulous tribute to Linda that was met with whistles and applause. lovely gesture.
