Over the years, I acquired this concert, first a poor copy on VHS, and then a not so great DVD. Can anyone recommend a seller who has a really good copy? This was professionally shot, so there should be something better than what I have available. It's such a great show, she looks beautiful and the set list is the best. Thanks for any suggestions.

I've noticed that Barnes and Noble has the DVD's for sale. Has anyone seen these? I wonder if the quality is improved?

70s-tv.com/I just got a pretty good copy of the 1980 HBO special from this site. They have tons of concerts of hers and tv appearances.

Does anyone know if the entire concert featured in the movie FM was filmed?

I can't find an answer as to whether Linda's "FM" scenes were filmed just for the movie or from an actual concert, with the addition of the thank-you to Jeff Dugan and Q-SKY Radio. Some additional information * The soundtrack won the 1979 Grammy Award for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. * In the original theatrical release shown in movie theaters, Linda Ronstadt gives a plug to singer/songwriter Karla Bonoff's debut 1977 LP (which Ronstadt sang on) during her concert footage. That scene was cut from the later VHS tape release. Attachments:

I wonder if there was a territorial (for lack of a better word) reason that prevented "Love Me Tender" from being on the soundtrack. I mean the timeliness of it should have put it on the soundtrack since Elvis passed the previous year. Also, if the put a third Linda song on it would it have been enough to credit her with a platinum album like the Bee Gees for "SNF"? eddiejinfl

Does anybody know what Linda’s Children are doing? Last I heard they are with her in San Francisco. I hope they are taking good care of her.

The full show is on Youtube, very good quality - You can download it to your desktop or laptop then burn it to a dvd as well as saving it on an external hatd drive or thump drive. You can stream it if you have either a smart tv or a either roku, apple tv or google fire stick etc. But I'd download it before it disappears.
