I saw the 3 pics listed on ebay in the last 4-5 months, cost for one was high like $29.00 so I passed but didn't need the date then so I didn't catch it. I was at the KC concert and remember the HBO special aried after I saw her, but not sure how long after. I also wonder if tickets were sold for this show as some tv shows are free to get in for tv tapings. I can't even find pics of any tickets for this show. No Tickets were sold or given away...At The LA Forum Show,They passed out 2-1/2 Inch Buttons with Linda's image on them...you had to wear it to the secret taping in Hollywood the next evening if I remember correctly... There were only about 100-150 buttons....I was there...Here's the Button I wore:

What is the true taping date for this show, it can't be April 24th, 1980 as she was in Kansas City that night. I believe it was May 7th or 8th...because she played the night before at the LA Forum--I went to this Forum show on the 6th and the next night or the night after was the taping, which I also went to.

So the album did make Billboard's Top 200 and made number 7? I knew that it did well on the internet such as Amazon and I think the Boss said it made number 1 in Rock Albums on Billboard but don't recall it being on the Top 200 chart. eddiejinnj

According to Linda's chart history on the Billboard site, the live album got to #7 on Top Album Sales ("The week's most popular albums ranked by sales data as compiled by Luminate") and #97 on the Billboard 200 ("The week’s most popular albums as compiled by Luminate, based on multi-metric consumption (blending traditional album sales, track equivalent albums, and streaming equivalent albums)"). On both charts, entry and peak position dates were February 16, 2019.

The #1 album was Queen's Greatest Hits. However, based on the published sales numbers, it sold more copies than Queen. For some reason, it was not categorized as a "rock" album so it did not appear on the Rock Album chart at all. Yet there were several other light rock and MOR artists who were listed on the chart. Billboard screwed Linda out of another deserved #1 sport. Yet you can be sure when Dolly's rock album comes out, it will be classified as a "rock" album and get the #1 spot so she can claim another record.
